Branding and Creative Direction for DEZEN A freelance branding project for the sustainable fashion accessories brand DEZEN, I had to heavily focus on not wasting any material, producing from 100% recycled and ethically made products. Designed everything from logo, packaging, website to photo & video editing with an eco-conscious mindset.

Facts


DEZEN ensures sustainability by using renewable, plant-based, petroleum free materials with zero-waste local production to lessen its carbon footprint and impact on the planet as much as possible.


Problem


No branding is established yet except some moodboards and product images. The company is looking for funding opportunities as well as a brand launch in 2 months. Need logo, typeface, photography style, brand motto, launch timeline, social media, e-commerce website which the products can be purchased.

Solution


After analyzing all the content gathered and sourced by the CEO of Dezen, we swiftly aligned on our vision for the brand’s appearance and communication style. Within a few months, I conceptualized and designed the brand from scratch, encompassing its logo, color palette, typography, packaging, e-commerce website, presentations, email templates, and social media graphics. We launched this extraordinary and innovative brand using Shopify and Klavio platforms.

Outcome


After eight months of design and development, the brand and e-commerce website were launched, and the results have been impressive. Sales were up from 0 to sold out in some products, with an average of 15% more time spent on the website by users. The brand also got recognized by international awards like International Design Awards and San Francisco Design Week in the following months of the launch.
